FEK-G Series

The FEK-G Series stainless steel pump integrates a gearbox to deliver torque at lower operating speeds, improving stability under heavy load. With a solid Ø40 mm shaft and reduced RPM design, it delivers 22.5–50 L/min with pressure capability up to 750 bar, helping smooth pressure control and reduce vibration in continuous duty. The stainless steel head provides corrosion resistance for marine and chemical service, while long-stroke ceramic plungers reduce friction and wear.

A crankshaft, premium bearings, and large oil capacity support cooling and extended service intervals during long shifts. Gearbox drive helps protect couplings and motors during pressure spikes. Typical applications include hydro-demolition skids, ship hull and tank cleaning, steel mill descaling, pressure testing, and industrial jetting installations.
