FDK Series

The FDK Series stainless steel pump is designed for high-flow, high-power cleaning where durability and performance are required in continuous duty. With a solid Ø30 mm shaft, it delivers flow rates up to 66 L/min with pressure capability up to 500 bar, providing productivity for heavy industrial washing. The stainless steel head offers excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, and harsh environments, supporting reliable operation in shipyards and factories. 

A forged, surface-nitrided crankshaft and premium tapered roller bearings handle high loads and pressure pulsation, while wear-resistant ceramic plungers reduce friction and wear. Large oil capacity supports cooling and long service intervals. Typical applications include industrial wash bays, steel and concrete surface preparation, shipyard maintenance, mining equipment cleaning, and high-pressure wash systems.
