FDH Series

The FDH Series stainless steel pump is engineered for ultra-high-pressure duty where extreme strength, precision, and safety margins are essential. Built with a solid Ø30 mm shaft, it delivers up to 2000 bar with flow rates up to 20 L/min, supporting demanding continuous operation in specialized jetting systems. The high-strength stainless steel head resists corrosion and mechanical stress, while a forged, surface-nitrided crankshaft and premium tapered roller bearings provide stable load transmission. 

Tin–zinc–copper alloy connecting rods help reduce vibration and fatigue, and tungsten steel plungers with wear-resistant coating improve durability at peak pressure. Typical applications include hydro-demolition, water jet cutting, industrial descaling, pressure testing, tube and heat exchanger cleaning, and offshore maintenance tasks where uptime and control matter.
