FCM Series

The FCM Series nickel-plated brass pump is designed for high-flow service in humid, outdoor, or corrosive environments where durability is essential. Featuring a solid Ø24 mm shaft, it delivers 60–84 L/min with pressure capability up to 170 bar, providing reliable volume for rinsing and flushing processes. The nickel-plated brass head enhances protection against moisture, salt spray, and chemical exposure, while stainless-steel components add strength.

 A forged, surface-nitrided crankshaft and premium tapered roller bearings support long duty cycles with stable alignment and high load capacity. Ceramic plungers reduce friction and wear to extend seal life and service intervals. Typical applications include fleet wash systems, tunnel and conveyor washing lines, industrial rinsing, cooling circulation flushing, dust suppression, and municipal cleaning equipment.
