FCK Series

The FCK Series nickel-plated brass pump is designed for high-flow cleaning systems operating in wet, corrosive, or chemical-prone environments. With a solid Ø24 mm shaft, it delivers flow rates up to 60 L/min with pressure capability up to 350 bar, providing stable performance during long operating cycles. The nickel-plated brass head improves resistance to moisture and chemical exposure compared with standard brass, while stainless-steel components strengthen critical areas. 

A forged, surface-nitrided crankshaft and premium tapered roller bearings support heavy load and reduce wear under continuous duty. Ceramic plungers lower friction to protect seals and maintain smooth output. Typical applications include tunnel and conveyor wash systems, fleet wash stations, industrial washing lines, municipal equipment cleaning, dust suppression, and cooling flushing systems.
