FBN Series

The FBN Series nickel-plated brass heavy-duty pump is built for high-output industrial cleaning where corrosion resistance and long-term stability are essential. With a solid Ø24 mm shaft, it delivers up to 350 bar with flow rates up to 36.2 L/min, supporting continuous operation and strong cleaning productivity. The nickel-plated brass head improves protection against moisture, salt spray, and chemical exposure, while stainless-steel components reinforce critical areas. 

A forged, surface-nitrided crankshaft and premium tapered roller bearings increase durability under high load and pressure pulsation. Ceramic plungers provide smooth motion and reduced wear, and robust lubrication volume supports cooler running in long shifts. Typical applications include shipyard cleaning, industrial wash bays, surface preparation skids, heavy equipment maintenance, and water jetting systems.
