FCN Series

The FCN Series nickel-plated brass pump is designed for high-pressure cleaning in corrosive, coastal, or chemically exposed environments. Using a solid Ø24 mm shaft, it delivers up to 600 bar with flow rates up to 26 L/min for stable output under continuous heavy load. The nickel-plated brass head adds extra protection against moisture, salt, and many cleaning chemicals, while stainless-steel components reinforce key structures. 

A forged, surface-nitrided crankshaft and premium tapered roller bearings improve durability under high pulsation and peak torque. Ceramic plungers run smoothly to reduce friction, heat, and seal abrasion, supporting longer service intervals. Typical applications include hydro-demolition support units, ship hull cleaning, offshore platform maintenance, industrial surface preparation, and contractor jetting packages in harsh daily conditions worldwide.
