FFS Series

The FFS Series stainless steel pump is engineered for high-pressure duties where mechanical stability and consistent output are critical. With a solid Ø50 mm shaft, it delivers up to 1500 bar with flow rates up to 171 L/min, supporting heavy continuous operation in professional jetting systems. A reinforced brass head with stainless-steel components provides high strength and reliable resistance in wet industrial environments. 

A forged, surface-nitrided crankshaft and premium tapered roller bearings improve fatigue life and load capacity under intense pressure pulsation. Ceramic plungers ensure smooth reciprocation, reducing friction, heat, and seal wear during long shifts. Typical applications include ship hull descaling, paint and rust removal, surface preparation on steel and concrete, hydro-blasting, and high-pressure cleaning skids for shipyards and contractors.
